IT - IS Coordinator

My client requires the services of an IT - IS Coordinator to be Paris based for approx 3 months, relocating to Port Harcourt on a resident basis.

Description of the SERVICE:

The SERVICE consists to take care of the overall consistency of the Project information system architecture from both technical and budgetary aspects, and to anticipate, in relation to the Professional Disciplines and affiliates, the IS evolutions required in Nigeria.

Specific Activities:

1. Identify the Project team's Information System's (IS) needs, covering all operations, supervision of the design of the IS Systems and define the IS architecture.
2. Ensure System availability and close support for the Project Team in Nigeria with reference to all locations Project.
3. Manage the Information of the project Team in Nigeria.
4. Act as the delegate RSSIL for the Project Team in sites under his control.
5. Promote opportunities where IT can provide an added value or improve the effectiveness of the business.
6. Guarantee the consistency of choices and the permanence of information systems.
7. Define, present and follow-up information systems budgets.
8. Analyse and optimise the cost of IT services.

For an initial period (1 to 3 months) in Paris area, France. Then in offices in Nigeria, in Port Harcourt area and involves several visits to Company locations for the collection of information and co-ordination meetings at the Company's request.

12 months renewable contract/ Nigeria Resident Regime: 5 Company paid flights per 12 months period for home leave.
