Planning Engineer

My client requires the services of a Planning Engineer to be Paris based for approx 3 months, relocating to Port Harcourt on a resident basis.

***Note this position is a September start*****

Description of the Service:

The service consists to be in charge of EPCs Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration.

Specific Activities:

1. Review and analyse CONTRACTORS Scheduling and planning documents (procedures,.)
2. Monitor progress and control Project activities.
3. Identify potential delays, analyse and issue proposed corrective actions as required.
4. Prepare the Project Planning documents.
5. Prepare the weekly report.
6. Elaborate monthly progress report.
7. Liaise with cost controller to define progress measurement.
8. File the planning related documents according the document filing system.

The SERVICE shall be performed:

• For an initial period (1 to 3 months) in Paris area, France.
• Then in offices in Nigeria, in Port Harcourt area and involves several visits to Company locations for the collection of information and co-ordination meetings at the Company's request.

12 months renewable contract/ Nigeria Resident Regime: 5 Company paid flights per 12 months period for home leave.
